Many companies flag an email as spam if it contains an attachment.

If you have ordered a pdf of a report online published by Energy Business Reports (item# starts with EBR), you would have received an email with a link to download the report. If you cannot find this email, please check with your IT department to see if it was caught in your company's spam filter.

If you ordered a report from any other publisher, we have submitted your order to them and they will fulfill within 48 hours. Many of our publishers are in other time zones, so there will be a slight delay in receiving a non-EBR report.
